I’m Alphine aka Alphy and I am proudly Zimbabwean residing in Lethbridge, Alberta. Starting a blog has been a goal of mine for a while. So this is me stepping out of my comfort zone and achieving my goal.

Alphy’s Blog is going to be about anything and everything. I know you are probably thinking “huh” lol. I am not a writer but I love ranting so what better way than to just share and rant about my experiences on a blog. I’m a believer of Christ and I hope that my posts will reflect His grace and help someone out there.

I also love anything fitness related that is working out, eating healthy and active wear. Be on the look out for active wear reviews and how I prepare my meals to stay healthy.
